Concept of electromagnetic theory.
--- Electromagnetic theory is based on the principle of electromagnetism which includes the following topics.
1. Vector Analysis.
2. Electrostatics .
3. Magnetostatics .
4. Maxwell’s equation.
5. Electromagnetic wave.
Now let us discuss this topic in briefly and then further proceed into the detail of it:
1.Vector Analysis: Vector analysis is the branch of mathematics which can deal with the vector operation(I.e., which have both magnitude and direction).
2. Electrostatics: Electrostatics is the branch of physics which deals with the stationary electric charge.
3. Magnetostatics: Magnetostatics is the branch of physics which deals with the study of the magnetic field which is generated by the stationary current.
4. Maxwell’s Equations: Maxwell’s Equation is given by the scientist 'James Clark Maxwell' in 1861 and in 1862.
Maxwell’s equation containing four equation which can deal with the interaction of electric field and magnetic field.
5. Electromagnetic wave: The Electromagnetic wave is those wave which can able to travel without any medium with the speed of light.
Electromagnetic wave contains electromagnetic radiation of energy.
